Following are the Terms and Conditions outlined by Holly Solo Website Design.

I believe that a better working relationship is developed if both the client and the designer know what the other expects. Any new client will be expected to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions before a website project will begin. A PDF copy is available for download here so that clients may have a hard copy for their file.
  • The customer is responsible for providing any and all materials needed by Holly Solo Website Design to complete services requested. Holly Solo Website Design requires the customer to provide all text and graphics digitally (disk or email). If digital files are unavailable, an additional charge will be incurred.

  • The customer agrees to pay all domain name registration fees, product & service rates, or software purchases according to the payment method and rates selected by the customer.

  • Holly Solo Website Design has the right to instantly cancel all unpaid or not fully paid services. Any remaining unpaid service dues will be billed to the customer including a $30.00 fee for each returned check. Bills outstanding for more than 30 days may be sent to a third party for collection and may incur a collection fee.

  • Payments to Holly Solo Website Design are non-refundable.

  • The customer waives all liability with Holly Solo Website Design regarding damages involved from shutdowns or loss of materials or revenue that might occur in normal Internet Service Provider operations. Holly Solo Website Design is not an Internet Service Provider.

  • The customer waives all liability with Holly Solo Website Design regarding damages involved from shutdowns with web hosting.

  • Holly Solo Website Design is NOT responsible for errors and omissions; the customer is responsible to proof all documents and materials on both hard copy and in electronic format before submitting to Holly Solo Website Design. Holly Solo Website Design will not be held responsible for grammatical or layout errors if the customer fails to proof-read their information before submitting it. Additional grammatical or layout changes will be charged to the customer at a rate of $70.00 per hour.

  • Holly Solo Website Design reserves the right to modify terms and update pricing at any time.

  • Holly Solo Website Design will not publish any pornographic or inappropriate website content or anything deemed as Net Abuse.

  • Customer agrees and understands that 50% of the quoted amount for product or services is due before Holly Solo Website Design begins a project. The customer understands that the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Customer agrees and understands that the remaining balance is due upon completion of the product or service and upon final approval.

  • Customer agrees and understands that Holly Solo Website Design does NOT guarantee search engine placement.

  • Holly Solo Website Design does not offer training to clients for website maintenance or website design.
